Richard Costigan – Principal

Mr. Costigan has vast experience with construction administration and management having worked in the real estate development and construction industry for over 30 years. He has worked with Fortune 100 public companies, non-profits, and institutional organizations managing projects ranging from single-family tract development and multi-site projects to mid-rise, retail, educational and commercial construction projects.

As the firm’s Principal, Mr. Costigan organizes and builds the appropriate project team based on each client’s individual project requirements while ensuring that each team member has full understanding of the client’s requirements and goals for a focused and successful effort. In addition, he regularly interacts with the client to ensure satisfaction with the team as well as the progress of their real estate project.

Mr. Costigan possesses a broad knowledge of corporate and private real estate planning, design, development, construction administration and management. In addition, he has proficiency in communications and client relations as well as a strategic network of proven and dependable resources for all aspects of any project.

Prior to Costigan Group, Mr. Costigan was a Project Executive with a prominent Construction Management real estate firms. His mix of real estate program management experience and real estate consulting experience as an owner and as a vendor gives him a unique perspective into the project management process.
